Rosy Potau has over fifteen years of practical, hands-on experience in all facets of procurement, second-sourcing, assembly, documentation and scheduling. Mrs. Potau has developed extensive and invaluable contacts in the product development field. Her career in electronics began in a local OEM of Gas Analyzers where she was employed as a Junior Buyer. She went on to work for a leading data communications company where she rapidly ascended to the position of Senior Buyer. Her later accomplishments include head of MIS Dept for a local wine retailer and Program Manager and Floor Director for a Electronic Contract Assembly Manufacturer. Ms. Potau has numerous technical certificates from UCSB and AS degrees in Computer Science, Database Management and Research and Communications from Santa Barbara City College.

New Page 5 Juan Potau has over twenty-five years of practical, hands-on experience in all facets of the development cycle, including procurement, second-sourcing, assembly, testing, troubleshooting, documentation and scheduling. Mr. Potau has also developed extensive and invaluable contacts in the product development field. His career in electronics began in the United States Air Force and continued in the commercial electronics industry both as an engineer and manager. He has five years experience directing the Advanced Manufacturing Department at a leading data communications company and four years experience managing a development engineering group. Mr. Potau has numerous technical certificates from military courses and has two AS degrees in Research and Communications respectively from Allan Hancock College.

With over 30 years in engineering experience, Glenn Sanderson is a highly skilled analog/RF engineer with extensive experience in signal conditioning, scientific instrumentation, control systems, and RF transmitter and receiver designs. He has managed many projects and engineering teams responsible for the design and development of high efficiency switch-mode power converters and motor drivers, and both DSP-based & analog-based precision control systems. He has also developed technologies in the fields of control system design & implementation in projects such as thermal control, frequency control, & motion control. Mr. Sanderson has five United States patents related to control, thermal management, and communications. He is a member of the IEEE Communications and Microwave Theory & Techniques Societies.

Tom Pinney is an experienced Engineer and Manager with 25 years experience in the commercial electronics industry, particularly in the design and development of signal processing and telecommunications systems. He has extensive experience in analog, high speed digital, embedded systems hardware and software, and high reliability/fault tolerant systems design. Throughout his career, he has held the positions of Design engineer, Director of Manufacturing, Director of Manufacturing Technology and Engineering Development Director. This broad experience base compliments the skills of Vareda�s other senior managers, enabling Vareda to develop products and manage projects from concept to volume delivery. Tom holds a BSEE from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

David Chase has 24 years professional experience in technology, product development, and both technical and managerial leadership. His early career focused on the development of embedded software, hardware and DSP algorithms for communications products. Over the past 15 years he has built, led, and managed teams in new technologies and emerging markets. At Superconductor Technologies, Inc. he held Vice-president positions in Marketing, Applications Engineering, and Systems Engineering where he & his team developed & marketed the first practical superconductor-based RF filter and LNA subsystem for the cellular infrastructure industry based on entirely new technology. Subsequently, as VP, Engineering at Agile Materials & Technologies, he developed novel RF circuits, applications, and control algorithms using thin-film BST as a tunable dielectric. He has a BSEE and MSEE from the University of California at Santa Barbara, holds six United States patents related to control, power conversion, and thermal management, and has 5 peer-reviewed scientific publications. He is a member of the IEEE Signal Processing, Communications, Circuits & Systems, and Power Conversion Societies.
